Refund Policy

1. General Rule

All donations made through this platform are non-refundable and considered final. Since donations are voluntary and go directly toward preparing and distributing Mahaprasad and supporting religious causes, refunds are not typically processed.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following scenarios:

● Technical error resulting in duplicate payment

● Incorrect transaction amount due to system failure

● Donation made mistakenly more than once

3. Request Timeline

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, you must notify us:

● Within 48 hours of making the transaction

● With supporting proof like transaction ID, screenshots, etc.

4. Refund Processing

Valid requests will be reviewed and, if approved, refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Our decision in refund cases shall be final and binding.
