Purpose of the Website

This site is designed to accept online donations for:

● Shri Swami Samarth Mahaprasad

● Daily Annadan

● Seva donations on specific dates (birthdays, punyatithis, etc.)

Donation Receipts

● Every successful donation will receive a system-generated receipt.

● If PAN is provided, an 80G tax exemption receipt will also be sent via email.

● We reserve the right to verify PAN details as required under the Income Tax Act.

Usage of Funds

All donated funds will be used solely for the stated religious, charitable, and social service activities as per the objectives of our registered public trust (Reg. No. F/2279, Solapur, dated 29/11/1989).

Donor Responsibility

● Donors must ensure that the information they submit (including PAN, name, address) is accurate.

● The organization shall not be responsible for failure to issue receipts due to incorrect or incomplete donor details.

● With supporting proof like transaction ID, screenshots, etc.

Prohibited Use

Any misuse of the platform (fraudulent donation attempts, impersonation, etc.) may lead to legal action and permanent banning from the platform.

Disputes

All legal matters related to this website shall be governed by laws applicable in Palghar district, Maharashtra.
